Refund Policy: All services rendered by Sport Fishing Tours are provided on a non-refundable basis. This includes, but is not limited to, equipment and/or tour fees. In addition, if your tour is canceled 48 hours or less prior to tour and/or customer does not show up at scheduled time and date, all payments made to Sport Fishing Tours become completely non refundable. Customer agrees not to charge back any credit card payments for services rendered. In the event that a customer files a charge back or other payment dispute, they will be considered to be in violation of this agreement and may be subject to collection action. Tours may be rescheduled in the event of a medical emergency within twelve months of original tour date, medical records will be required.
